Instead of filling in one of your questionnaires I would rather say "Thank you" for all the thought and care you have put into making you r surgery a welcoming and attractive place. It is always warm, spotlessly clean, has un invasive music playing, has up-to-date magazines and papers, lovely fresh flowers and original art works on the walls. What could be better than all that?
Also, your staff are "top drawer" people. Lynn, your Receptionist seems to know everyone and is unfailingly friendly, warm and efficient. Your new Hygienist (since June) is so gentle as well as thorough, which I much appreciate.
And as for your Molton Brown(e)/ toiletries! Well! All I can say is, you deserve a Happy Christmas.
